Simple White Fish
Serve with any steamed or oven baked vegetables.
Ingredients:
Cod (or any white fish)
1 tsp Fresh Miso
Dijon Mustard (opt)
water
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 475°
Lay out a long sheet of parchment paper. Pat fish dry. In a bowl mix miso, honey, mustard and water until paste-y. lather on fish. place on parchment paper. Take paper on both sides and, leaving space for the fish, fold and scrunch at the top. Like a little tent. When ready, cook for 5-6 minutes. Take it out of the oven and set aside. Let sit for 5 more minutes. It will continue cooking inside the parchment paper.
