EASY! High - Protein Muesli/Granola Breakfast.
I don’t normally eat breakfast (I favor intermittent fasting), but sometimes I wake up hungry. Or, other times I'll have this breakfast as my lunch because it’s packed with so many good nutrients. Plus, I add my favorite superfood protein powder blend by Ka’Chava (Nutritional Facts HERE. )
Ingredients:
Bob’s Red Mill GF Muesli OR Seven Sundays Chocolate Raspberry Granola.
whatever milk you prefer but these are my favorites: Macadamia Nut Milk OR Almond Milk
Here’s what you do:
Pour cereal content in a bowl. Pour your preferred milk in that bowl, and then slowly stir in the Ka’Chava until… voila! you have yourself some cereal with creamy chocolate milk. Easy-peasy.
Protein about 30 grams (with the Muesli)
